Accounting
We have installed
over two hundred accounting systems in the Roanoke Valley.
Most of them have been the program now known as Peachtree
2000, formerly known as Mica IV. Unfortunately this program has been
discontinued. We still support it, but now we recommend
Peachtree Accounting. This program is extremely easy to use.
There is even a Peachtree for Dummies book available. For such a full
featured, solid accounting program, it is relatively inexpensive. It
includes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Sales Order and Inventory
and Job Costing. Peachtree is a great alternative for those of you who
have tried QuickBooks and have realized it is not working for you. We also have many clients with Business
Works and offer support in this program as well.
Databases
We can help you with an existing Microsoft Access database. Or
create a custom application and train your staff to use and maintain it.
If you need a custom billing solution, we can export and import into the
accounting systems we support and Access.
Spreadsheets
We can also help you with custom spreadsheet creation and training for Microsoft
Excel. Word Processing, Desktop Publishing and Web sites.
We can offer assistance on projects including Mail Merge,
Newsletters, and Brochures in Microsoft Word as
well as Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft FrontPage for Web Pages. |
